ED issues summon to Himachal CM Virbhadra Singh once more

New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday again issued a summon to Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh as he neglected to show up before it today regarding the argument documented against him under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Prior in the day, blaming the CBI and ED for working at the command of the BJP-drove Central Government, Himachal Youth Congress boss Vikramaditya Singh on Thursday said the tax evasion argument against his dad and Himachal Chief Minister was made as a piece of the saffron gathering's `Congress-mukt Bharat` belief system.

Singh said it was kept to Himachal Pradesh, as well as to all different Congress-ruled states where the BJP had been utilizing the examining offices to settle their political scores.Earlier, the ED had connected resources of Virbhadra Singh worth Rs. 8 crore in a tax evasion case.

In March this year, the Delhi High Court declined to concede a stay on the procedures started by the ED against him.The ED, had a year ago, enlisted a tax evasion body of evidence against Virbhadra Singh and others under arrangements of PMLA in the wake of taking cognisance of a criminal dissension documented by the CBI in such manner.
